My path to becoming a mental health provider was shaped by a deep desire to support individuals and couples in navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity and connection. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health clinics, healthcare systems, and private practice. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, as well as to develop a specialization in working with couples. I believe that relationships are at the core of our emotional well-being, and I am passionate about helping couples strengthen their communication, deepen their understanding of one another, and rebuild trust.
